PHOTO SIMULATION STUDIO
If you want to visualize what your future improvements will look like, contact Jason Epley. Jason has over 12 years experience using photo illustration software to display what a building, parcel or other city/county scenes can actually look like with proposed improvements. Have you ever wanted to communicate new improvements or ideas quickly and visually to your planning board or a local business owner? Jason can receive email images of your site and make the proposed changes in time to meet your needs. Pricing will depend on how quickly you need the photo simulation. Rates will be adjusted based on the number of photos that need to be illustrated, level of detail desired and the time due. We provide this service to our client communities, architects, landscape architects, engineers and others that need to communicate their ideas visually.
Benchmark can establish this service with you in several ways:
- As part of an existing project
- As an open account that is utilized on as need basis
- As a contracted service for a specific project and duration
